Showkids is set in an after-school drama class for talented kids, who are encouraged to their limits by their brilliant but complicated teacher, Miss Bethany Jessop. It’s all seen through the eyes of the nerdy but hugely imaginative Sam Curtain, a shy and *possibly* talented twelve-year-old boy with worried parents – therapist Mum Sally, and piano teacher Dad Hal. Concerned about Sam, whose highly overactive imagination is causing him to get bullied at school, they try him at drama, and though Sam isinitially resistant, he finds at Miss Jessop’s he is free to let his mind run riot. 

A funny, slightly magical and moving show about all the amazing things we can learn from each other, if we just open ourselves up to the powers of our imagination.

SHOWKIDS’s main actor (Flynn Gray) set to star opposite Ryan Gosling in STAR WARS’s next entry as one of its main characters.
